Website redesign - 3 pages with menu, AdSense and Amazon

OVERVIEW: Need a sharp new 3-page redesign for my site about picking up girls. It should reflect the color scheme of the new logo and be set up for generating higher ranks and more revenue. PAGES: 1) Homepage: take current content and rework it into your new and better design, add Amazon affiliate links, banner space 2) About: Basic about page, with AdSense and Amazon 3) Links/Offers: Essentially a text list of offers, with one feature box at the top (same as the top page), also with Adsense and Amazon TECH NEEDS: 1) Top navigation bar 2) Use a CMS for all content so it can be easily updated by me in the future. (currently it's just html) 3) Add metatags WORKFLOW: 1) Present your design on your local server, edit until it's acceptable (25% payment will be made) 2) Install it on my server, test it (75% balance paid) COMMUNICATION: Report with me at least every 48 hours. Be available by GMail chat when needed. This should be a reasonably quick job for a sufficiently experienced designer.
