Add Facebook Sharing and Comments to a Site

PLEASE NOTE: We only have 6 hours for this whole project. We have a website now: [login to view URL] and the password to view is RWA14. We have a developer working on everything else but we need some extra help with FB API. Here are the two things we need done: 1) On the front page, the main part is a list of 100 challenges. When you select a challenge, a pop-up window appears with step-by-step guide to the challenge. Under NO.1 it says "The challenge will be posted to your FB feed", and under that, next to the tickable box, it says "Click here if you don't want that". And when you click on the "acceptera uppmaningen" (accept challenge) button, the second pop-up window (thank you for your...) appears. Here's what you need to add for us: when a viewer clicks the "acceptera uppmaningen" (accept challenge) button, the website posts to Facebook AND jumps to the second pop-up window. The post will look like the attached image; the first line of text saying "Jag tränar mig i civilkurage och medmänsklighet, gör det du med! #göraskillnad". And below should be the logo of the website on the left, and info to the website on the right. This FB-sharing will be disabled if on the first pop-up window, the user clicks on “klicka här on du inte vill det”. If the viewer clicks on the box and then accepts the challenge, there will be no FB post. 2) If you go to the Blog page, you'll see we have a comment button on the right, below the blog title. When you go into a single blog page ([login to view URL]) and click on the comment button, you'll be able to use FB comments. We would like to have the same FB comments on the front page of the blog. So on this page ([login to view URL]) where all blog articles will be, we would like the comment button to work so there will be FB comments for all blog articles in the future. Extra notes:
