Additional Magento Configuration and Design

I have had another freelancer perform the original project listed here -- http://www.freelancer.com/projects/Shopping-Carts-CSS/Migration-Magento-Configuration.html You can find the site that is currently being developed here: [login to view URL]~henigfur/[login to view URL] However, there is some additional development that is needed for the site. Some of the additional work that is needed includes consistent sitewide fonts, improving the menu bar, upgrading the look of the product pages (I purchased [login to view URL] but it isn't being used), fixing the mobile website, among some other things. You will need to be able to speak fluent english so that I can easily communicate with you what else I need done to the site as well as have you explain to me how to replicate some of the changes you do so that I can do them myself as needed. I will also require that you are available to chat with through text on Skype as well as email. Lastly, I also request that you will take it upon yourself to fix any issues that you find with the site and help improve the overall functionality. I'm in the final stages of the site but I can't release it yet since it isn't fully up to the standard that I require. If you have any questions, please let me know before you bid on the project. If you aren't an advanced MAGENTO developer then please don't bid either.
