Adult Design Banner Design Photoshop CS4

Hello, i am looking for a photoshop cs4 designer with professional skills. Requirements: - 2/3 years experience with Photoshop CS3 / CS4 - Good skills to work with filters (for example sharpen images) - Ability to make non-animated and animated banners - Good english language - You must have skype, icq or aim for communication - At least 8+ hours online a day - Optional: Skills to create flash banners - Optional: german language I provide the pictures for the banners. You can choose what pictures you take for each banner. The banners should look different, they can use the same text fonts, but a unique picture/background would be fine. I need banners in those pixel sizes: 700 x 400 350 x 200 500 x 300 300 x 180 468 x 60 300 x 250 250 x 300 250 x 60 180 x 150 60 x 468 60 x 250 380 x 210 120 x 600 600 x 120 Thats 14 different sizes. For each size i need 2 standart jpg banner (non-animated) and 2 animated gif banner. 14 * 4 = 56 banners per website 12 websites * 56 banners = 672 banners !!! I can provide more work later if you do quality work. All banners are adult oriented. The work should be finished within 2-3 months. For a hard working guy it is doable in one month, but i am not in hurry. I work with CS4 myself and want to split some work. Please provide samples of your work.
