Does PHP script suit your needs? I could write it on PHP. Will you provide AWS instance to work on? I could also do it on my own development server, write script, scrape images, zip images, zip code. Send everything to you. MySQL database could also help scraper a bit, so we could save crawl state, which images have been crawled, save additional information like md5 hash of image, so if image has changed, script would download the new version.
