SEO expert for current & future projects

Seeking someone to do SEO (including meta and alt tags), link building and search engine submission for existing site. You must have previous success with achieving top 20 (or better) rankings in major search engines (google, yahoo, etc) and industry/interest specific ones using legitimate methods based on acceptable industry standards. You will also need to assist in selecting the least competitive keywords that will deliver the most targeted traffic. Please provide me with samples. The budget for this leg of the journey is extremely tight, but I have two other projects that will need similar services in the next 60 or 80 days. If you do good work and give me a budget conscious bid I'd be very interested in an ongoing professional relationship because I need people/strategic partners to provide the best work at the best deal for my clients.
