Link Building-Full Time-Long Term Project

I need someone to provide linking services for my real estate website. This will be a possible long-term, full time project for the right person. I prefer someone who has experience using Arelis software. I will be able to provide the list of sites that I will want to link to. I will pay per link 25 cents for each site that links back to us. This will be a high-volume project with an initial 1000 links. I will pay for each 200 links once it has been confirmed that they link back to us. Once the inital 1000 links are completed, I will contract with you for as many as 25,000 more links.....again, I will provide you with a list of pages that I would like to link with and the software to make it easy, but these links must still all be done by hand, no spamming or black hat techniques!!!! Please bid for the first 1000 and we will talk about the other 25,000 once that is complete. I expect to employ somone as long as 1 whole year and perhaps permenantly to do this work.
