eMarketing GURU wanted

I am looking for an experience web marketer to promote my Network Marketing website. Only ethical campaigns will be accepted Links must be on search engine friendly pages. No FFA, link farm, web ring, software-submission or black hat offers are permitted. No sites using dynamically generated links, MouseOvers or other PageRank-hoarding tricks are permitted. I am looking for the following marketing initiatives: Banners popups press releases forums links email ads affiliates viral CPM PPC (i already use this) This is a replicated site and cannot be modified. A campaign link will be provided to track all activities. I will pay $.10 per leads and up to $30 per paid signups, the average paid signups is $3.50. Traffic shall only be coming from these segments: MLM Multi Level Marketing Network Marketing Home Business or similar segments. The leads will be verified (contacted) by phone to ensure proper taffic/lead generation. This project will be a test and is subject to be cancelled at anything if judged to be detrimental to my business and reputation. This project is for one month - subjet to be renewed if deemed successfull - as well as duplicated with other members of my organization. Please - only serious and experienced eMarketer shall bid on this project. I want to start this project ASAP.
