Setting Up to 20 VPS With Proper Email Server Installation

I am looking for someone who would help setting up to 20 of VPS as well as provide me with the actual server (decent specs of each to send up to 10K emails per day). All VPS must have a proper Email server installation/setting (Domain Key, SPF, etc) and can be accessed via SMTP using third party software. Each VPS must have IPs from different location. I would also need someone to look after them on regular basis and install software as per my instruction. As per your reference, there are web hosting forums on the internet (WJunction is one of them) where you could find cheap VPS per month ($5 to $10 each). So if you could help find me up to 20 VPS from various location, install Email Server properly and manage them, this would be an ongoing income for you. If you can not organise 20 VPS please do let me know how many you could get. Thank you.
