Twilio Expert : Queue Setup -- 2

All done like in Screenshot, Only Queue need to activate They get the menu They press 1 and they get hours and directions They press 2 and they are put into the queue(hold) All three phones/lines/whatever ring Or otherwise indicate someone is there Multiple people should be able to be in the queue. It should not be silent it should have some indication that they are on hold Then when myself or someone else in the shop is free they answer and pick up one of the phones, any phone
