I have read your project detail and watched the video already. I can give you the proper solution in time.
Some questions/commments for the project:
1. What happened to the recording if user presses 8 to end the call (and move to next one)? Recording is still retained?
2. How user quits his session? There should be a 0 that if they press, it will end current calls, and not receiving any calls thereafter.
3. CallerID set for each user is ok, as long as your SIP provider supports callerid overwritten.
4. "x" will be added to the csv file when calls is finished succesfully. When starting session, the csv file is read ONCE. If user wants to reload the csv, press 0 to quit, and press 1 again to start new session.
5. For this phase, no error-catching technique is implemented, i.e. what happens when users' internet is disconnected, outgoing trunks dropped.
6. Web access is merely a FTP site pointing to the parent/root folder that contains subfolder of 101, 102, 103. User will also be able to access csv file along with the output folder.
One more thing: 24-hour is a rush for both building up, programming, and testing. To ensure quality, I need 2 days.
