Picture distribute

The project is to start with a large png file at least 9600 x 2160 pixels. The program needs to send 1920x1080 (5 by 2 sets) images through UDP to certain IP addresses and wait for a confirmation UDP response containing a single digit status. Status is 5 for ready and 0 for not ready (always ready for now). If a response is not received then a three time retry happens and if still no response then an error flag is set. The goal is to send updated images every 1/4 second. We need a controller program to send the data and a target program to receive the image. The target program will be copied 10 times so 10 different IP addresses. The controller is on its own IP address.
