Survey to be saved Microsoft SQL Server and Create text files 1) Create an executable to be running in multiple computer stations, to run a survey. When the user fill the survey, the program must: • Save the data on a SQL Database. • Create 2 plain text files and save them on a local shared drive. 2) Additional, a predefined PDF template should be created to pre-populate the data that is being imported from ONE of the text files. On the PDF document, the user should be able to sing the document using an electronic signature pad (Ex. Using topaz signature pad). 3) Depending of the answer in one of the questions, the program allows the user to finish the survey or to redirect it to another small survey that creates a text file. The user can take the survey either on English or Spanish language. Either one creates the same text files. Only changes the wording for each language. TEXT FILES: 1) One of the text files created is a fixed template that should be filled with the user’s data. This text file must be created as the same as the template provided. The text file must be saved on o shared drive. 2) The other text file is to pre-populate the data on the PDF template. Usually, a clerk open the PDF document and he imports the data from this text file in order to pre-populate the answers on the PDF document. With the attached files the programmer should be able to see another small details. I need to get the source files when the project is completed and the instructions how to compile the files to create the executable. Also need the PDF files sources. I prefer the programmer uses Microsoft Access to create the project.
