1) PDF files have file names "[login to view URL]" "responses(1).pdf" "responses(2).pdf" etc. saved into a folder 2) PDF files will be configured to open with Microsoft Word as default application 3) Excel file (macro-enabled) to extract information from all the pdf files saved in the folder (e.g. 100 files in the folder should translate to 100 rows in the excel sheet) with a click of a button 4) Excel file should include other user-centric functions such as a button to select the folder Background / Context / Potential Complications: The [login to view URL] files come from submission of an online form. There's certain logic built into the online form so the left hand column of the responses table may not always be the same. Have attached the online form, how it looks to users, how it looks backend and also the backend logic built in for better understanding. I am open to other ways of extracting the data if Step 2 above is not the best way. Appreciate assistance from VBA expert out there to advice and do this project. I'm looking for someone who is responsive and open to discussions on best ways to do this. I am willing to change how some fields are named if it helps with the coding as well.
