Graphic Design for IT Awards and Gala Dinner Marketing

We need the following: 1)(BID IS FOR THIS ONLY) Graphic design for marketing flyer DL / A5 Double sided -(same design for both sizes but need both sizes)Need space for sponsor logos x 9 -------------------------------------------- If you win may also be used for the following services if you like: 2) Web page to advertise on our website - basic layout but to match marketing design need space for sponsor logos 3) Banner for web marketing - need room for sponsor logos very small but 4) Design of audio visual presentation -------------------------------------------------------- The Concept: We are a women's organisation and we have an annual awards program recognising women in ICT and Biotech industries. The theme of the Gala Dinner is a Venecian Maquarade and would like to extend that theme on all marketing. Our colours are grey and purple (see logo) but the marketing does not need to reflect that though it would be nice. The theme is very elegant and classy however we need to incorporate a modern edge to it that will be attractive to ICT and biotechnology women. So elegant, classy, chic, ultra-modern, science, ICT, 15th century venecian italian, are some of the words i can use to describe what i would like. BIDDING INSTRUCTIONS: This bid is ONLY for number 1 (graphic design of flyer) and you will then be hired for the rest of the services through a new bid. We need two winners for this bid to each provide 1 concept in two sizes for the graphic design of the flyer. I will provide you with basic content - can you please provide the file is PSP format and JPEG in case we want to edit in the future. Both winners will be paid however only the concept selected will have the opportunity to provide services for 2-4. If you have any questions, please post them and i will answer as soon as possible. I've attached a flyer i found on the internet to give you an idea but it's certainly not to be used as a template. I would like your creativity to be provided. If you find the right stock images, tell me and i will buy them for you or you can tell me the price and i may agree for you to buy them and reimburse you the extra amount.
