I have a collection of RLMMDDYY files - one per day for several years - that I would like to import into one large file. All fields should be the same across all files, so it's a matter of stacking all the records together.
A second functionality - let me know if you can provide both - would be to permit the user to provide a range of dates as input. The code would then take the range and search for all RL files in that range and append them to the master file. At the end, a list of all the files not found would be displayed or written out to a text file.

The job is pretty easy. I am well versed in Visual Basic file handling database programming integrated with MS Access. I would like if you want to have some ADDITIONAL FEATURES like RLmmddyy files that are 1 day older or one week/month/year older etc. Also please provide me a SAMPLE of RLmmddyy file to better eveluate the solution.
