Videos edited and produced

I require 1 x web based video (3.30 in length) to be edited (15 others of the same lenght to follow if the winner performs a high quality job) If possible, I need the following edits from the existing video: -cropping and removal of existing branding and replacing a toolbar -removal of voice over and converted into text on the video screen Must be of high quality work.
