Update a videofile made in Windows movie maker to a professional Editing software like Adobe Premier Pro, Avid Media Composer or similar

Hi there, I'm an online video editor with several years of experience submitting files for broadcast and online platforms. I tried to find the technical specs on PeachVideo's site, but if you have them, you can let me know what they are looking for. Otherwise, I'd be happy to contact them on your behalf. I imagine they would want an .MXF file of some flavor, or a ProRes quicktime. I have Premiere CC and could could deliver the file type in the format they require. I've created tapes and broadcast files for PBS in the United States, for various film festivals, and online platoforms like vimeo, withoutABox, Amazon, etc. I am available tonight and all day Sunday to get this done, but this should be a quick turnaound.
