We need to have a very simple system to receive calls in a twillio phone number: 1- We have a twillio phone number where we will receive all phone calls 2- Once received, the call must simply be redirected to one of 4 landline phone numbers (phone numbers outside twillio) 3- If one of the numbers is busy, or unreachable, or does not answer, then the next phone in the list must be tried 4- All calls must be recorded by twillio 5- Calls will be distributed in the most fair way possible among all phone numbers so the service agents get a mostly equal amount of calls. This point is optional, if it makes the project much harder or expensive, do not include it. Thanks it, thanks!
