I appreciate the message and I have taken a look at the your volunteer handbook. It looks like a very professional document and I look forward to further developing a partnership with UBECI. We would like to come down to Quito during the second week of August to conduct our hygiene and medical programs. Unlike our last trips, we would like to have to two doctors and conduct 3-4 clinics. These clinics would be specifically for the kids in UBECI’s programs rather than the market as a whole; our goal is to provide every kid in the UBECI program with medical and hygiene services.
If the timing of such a clinic works for you, then I would like to pass on the responsibilities of planning the details of the health campaign to one of IMA’s interns. I can have them directly communicate with Monica to sort out the details!
