Translate an article from Chinese to English

- Have an article about HNA (Hainan Airlines) that I need translated into English
- Only have scans of the article, do not have Chinese in a word doc or text doc
- Can take a few days

- Charts need to be translated, but not reformatted. Just make it clear where the info belongs (ie. P1 - Blue circle 1, P1 - Blue circle 2, P4 - Blue square 5, etc)
- I can tell if just use Google translate, I can tell - you will be reported! Get me a good translation please.
