Hey! We are a cool team of people from Romania that work in e-commerce with e-shops in 6 countries including Hungary, so we are looking for a native Hungarian to work part-time at [login to view URL] Main tasks will consist doing customer support - solving customer's problems over the phone, live chat and by e-mail and sometimes translate some texts we will give you. We want to have super happy customers, so we are looking for someone that is very positive and can transmit that positivity over to our customers. Working hours - preferably from 8:00 to 11-12:00 (are flexible to some extent). In the beginning, we will have fewer hours, but after 2/3 weeks, once orders start coming in it will be more. Our customer support specialist from Hungary works 5h per day on average. We will use Freelancer Desktop app for time tracking and payment. Requirements: you must be a dynamic and independent person, VERY ORGANIZED, hard working, having no problem working from home, capable of properly managing your own time. Past experience in e-commerce (Shopify/ customer support) is an advantage but not a requirement. 7+11=18 I'm best qualified for this job because I'm a native Hungarian and I have experience in customer service - not Shopify but eBay and Etsy. (7+11 I think is somewhat near 18.) Hey there, I hope you are having a nice day! I think I could be of help for you in the job offer you posted regarding customer support. Firstly, I would just like to ask you to look past my profile, since I really don't have that much experience on this website, but I've been doing freelancing jobs and even did free customer support, administrative service for my friends' websites, although getting paid for doing it sounds so much more inspiring. My hours are very flexible, since I am a very flexible (also quite young with my 19 years) person. I am also a very client oriented, naturally helpful and caring person, so in my opinion this job would be actually very, very fitting for me. I have a lot of free time thanks to University and that I don't do 60 different jobs at once like most of the bidders that took on your offer, just like I am taking on it right now. I am of course from Hungary and as I mentioned before, I am currently attending University there. I also love helping others in my free time and have a bunch of international ESN friends, I can thank them my profiency in English language, I am basically on the native level right now, but I am trying to keep improve.
