English to Latin Spanish Translation of 2 website pages

I need a translation of two website pages.
One page is 5100 words and is in English. Need it translated to Latin Spanish. It MUST be understandable, and represent Latin Spanish as it is commonly spoken. It cannot sound academic or proper. This needs to be translated as everyday people speak it. In other words, it must be conversational Latin Spanish.
The second page is only 300 words. It's already in Spanish, but needs to be edited as there are lots of errors. Again, the finished product must be in conversational Latin Spanish.
I will supply both pages as Microsoft Word documents. These documents are formatted. The formatting must remain in place, so a headline still looks like a headline, etc.
