Make a Document Presentable(repost)

We have a 680 page document. We need to: a) Create a table of content b) Make the document look professional/presentable/do the numbering and headings Please refer to the detailed job description ## Deliverables The first thing we need is for the technician to create a table of contents. The format of the table of contents shall be as follows Main heading shall have a single number i.e. 1, 2, 3 etc etc Sub-headings will have "decimalized numbers" i.e. 1.1, 1.2, 2.1, 4.3 etc etc Logo in every page left hand corner at the top put a copyright sign in the whole document MAIN HEADINGS The main headings can be identified on the main document by having "letter identification" e.g. *CHCAC1C PROVIDE SUPPORT TO AN OLDER PERSON* We have listed all the main headings in the first page to help you with identifying them. SUB-HEADINGS Every heading that doesn't have corresponding letters identifying it, is a sub-headline and will fall under the main heading that came before it. Please feel free to ask questions if any of this is confusing. FORMATTING The text is to be aligned to the left and run from the left to the right of the page and not be restricted to the centre or the right of the page. FONT Make sure that all the text is in Times New Roman Font Make sure that all text excluding headlines and sub-headlines is size 12 Make sure all headlines have the same font Make sure all sub-headlines have the same font. NUMBERING AND FOOTERS Make sure the entire document is numbered from number 1 onward. Make sure the numbers are aligned right Make sure the footer identifies the main headline that is being discussed on the page e.g. *PROVIDE SUPPORT TO AN OLDER PERSON.* This should be on the left side of the footer *create a version control number on the left hand corner of each page. this document in verion-1 *MAKE THE DOCUMENT LOOK PROFESSIONAL Remove all formatting and tables and "loose ends" that may be on the page that make the document look unprofessional.
