1. What this script does: Placed in the startup folder, it creates a callback function that listenes to #postModifierAdded, and in this particular sample, a UV-map modifier. When this modifier is added, a function is called, which in this case adds a custom rollout to the modifier panel.
2. I need you to clean it up and sort it out in a clear structure so that I have a main script and a secondary script where the secondary script is another external .ms file for the sake of clarity (if you suggest another approach, let me know)
3. The main part is the mechanism itself, the callback function and the custom rollout creation. The second part is the content of the rollout itself.
