Hi every body! I would like to find someone with skills in Blender software, to help me to modelise a computer assited surgery in maxillo facial field, and to create a "Macro" or an "Application" to help to perform it very quickly (python script part). The idea is to cut mandibular bone and replace it with a bone in the leg (easy part). But also to create surgical guide during the process (automatical part) to help the surgeon to perform the surgery (surgical guide print with a 3D printer in .stl). I have pictures to help to understand, and the .stl files for the skull and the bone of the leg. Thanks!!!

Hi! I am a PhD scholar, working on patient-specific implants. I typically use Blender, MIMICS and Magics for the implant design, and surgical planning with creation of surgical guides are part of the work flow. I believe I shall be able to create the macro you are looking for.
