3D Architectural Rendering

I am creating a new type of living structure using three used cargo containers (20' x 2 + 10'). The 3D model should be fully furnished (including bedroom area, bathroom area, livingroom area and a small sitting area also serves as kitchen). Both exterior and interior views are required. This project is for presentation purpose only so accurate measurement is not required but the rendering should be proportionally correct. The following are the specifications: 1. Bedroom --- One Queen Size Bed with Headboard, at least one night stand on one side of the bed, one painting hanging over the top of headboard; 2. Bathroom --- One shower with rain spa showerhead, one handicap bar on the wall, one toilet, one sink, one mirror, one towel rack with towels on it; 3. Living Room --- One Full Size Sofabed, One Accent Chair, One Coffee Table, One 42" Flat Screen TV, One Studio Dresser / Cabinet with space for a small Fridge inside, a Storage Rack, A Desk with an Executive Chair; 4. Entrance Area --- Luggage Rack, Wall Mirror As to interior design, let's keep it simple and minimal. I like a calm color scheme, nothing flashy.
