3D modelling - Adjustment of current 3d file

We are working on a project for a 3d printed awards. Our designer was busy with the model but he bacame sick. We are urgently seeking someone who can make adjustment to the model: These are the requirement: 3D file The current 3d file is in IGS and without color. The new file should be a OBJ file and in color Adjustmenst to current file: - The hair is not realistic created. It looks more like an hat. This should look like real hear - The ears can be more beautiful - The nose is drawn, the nose should be made in 3d - Position: The position is wrong. The is bending too much to the left, but she should bend a liitle to left and come a little bit to the front. - Base and half cilinder. There should be a round base placed beneath the model and also a half open cilinder at the back. This should protect the actual model. - Stability The figurine is now standing only on the feet, this is to instable. Can you design the model so the figurine is connected to the backside and/ or the sides. This to have more stabilty.
