Power Plant Video Assermbly & Flythrough

We would like to make a fly through video of our power plant. The video should show the power plant being built up as the camera is navigating through and around the plant. We will provide you with 153 source files. These files are *.dgn files and are the individual components of the power plant. We would like the files to appear in the order they have been numbering in. i.e.: [login to view URL], [login to view URL], etc. The files are scaled and all have the same reference point. Therefore you will not need to re-scale or position any files. You will simply need to attach them to your environment. The video should start out with a general arrangement (GA) drawing of our power plant. You will find this in the first file, i.e.: “001_Site layout [login to view URL]”. This is a 2D plan view (looking from the top) drawing of the entire power plant. The remaining files are the 3D objects which make up the plant (numbered in the order they should appear). What we like about this video is the idea of a 3D plant being generated out of a 2D drawing. What we DO NOT like is the method of which the 3D is generated. We would prefer that the 3D objects are generated as they were in min: 0:41-0:48 of the following demonstration video <[login to view URL]>. We would also like the camera to be moving through and around the power plant highlighting the 3D objects as they are appearing. We will leave determination of the camera path to your discretion and artistic judgment. If you would like we can provide you with a general arrangement drawing indicating all the positions of the 3D files within the plant. Please let us know if you would like this. The winning bidder will be responsible for texturing & coloring all the objects in the plant properly, providing lighting/shadows, reflections, landscape, etc. Photos of the real life plant or equivalent will be provided for color and material clarification. We recommend that the following tools or equivalent be used for the creation of the animation: • AutoDesk Navis Works – For working with the native 3D files we send you • E-on Software Vue – For ground, environment, & landscape modeling • Maxon Cinema 4D – For equipment coloring, textures, and material assignments, lighting/shadow settings, etc. • Maxon Cinema 4D – For plant assembly key frames & camera movement path (assembly and flythrough) • Maxon Cinema 4D – For rendering of final animation • Adobe After Effects – For Visual FX • Sony Vega – For Video Editing *Note: These exact tools do not have to be used. Equivalent professional tools may be selected instead. In the case that other tools are chosen they must be verified with us before proceeding to use.
