Telemarket for me on my Customers buying Real Estate

The freelancer will receive a list with 52 persons who are interested in buying a specific house that we have. All this customers have left a message in a voice recorder.
This task is to call all of them and follow this script with all of them:
Telemarketer: Hello, I am calling in regards to the house you are interested, You have left a message in our voicemail.
Customer : bla bla bla
Telemarketer: It is the house at 6207 Tennessee Ave, New Por Richey, FL, I can send you more information with new pictures after the full rennovation by e-mail. The full rennovation if completed, the house is now perfect and ready to move in.
Customer: bla bla bla
Telemarketer: Are you still interested in buying a house ? (If yes, go on. If no, thankyou for your time and hang up)
Telemarketer: I need to update your information to send you your invitation to the open house, since you are in our priority list to receive a free invitation to visit the house this saturday from 1:00PM to 4:00 PM.
Telemarketer will then get the following info and fill in the excel sheet for each customers:
Full name, e-mail address, form of payment for the house, estimated credit score of the customer, Annual Household, Timeframe for decision, Price Range he is looking for his house.
Everything else the customer says or asks, the telemarketer will say that he will be able to make all his questions personally on the visiting, directly to Mr. Robert, who will be there. Then the telemarketer will type all comments and questions of the customer in the excel column called "Brief Notes".
At the end or when the customer asks, send to the customer, the following link, for him to view the house:

Must be Native English Speaker .
Some customers from this list have been already visiting the house prior to the job completion, so they think the house is a crap, but this was before the conclusion of the renovations. The telemarketer will explain them that NOW it is a brand new house, that just concluded a EXTREME RENOVATION.
