Flash MXP/JSFL/AS2 Flow chart and description for patent

I have an mxp file for a Flash panel tool I created using swf/xml/jsfl. I need someone who understands the requirements for creating a description of tools logic and designing flow charts in order to submit to US patent office for review. This project would require getting familiar with the tool and its functions which would be demonstrated via video demo. Tool would be supplied and it would be your responsibility to create easy to read description of tools logic for US Patent reviewer. You would also be responsible for designing a simple flow chart to communicate tools functions. An nda agreement will have to be agreed to prior to disclosure of tools details and to view video demos which are in production. I need to get a sense of cost and if possible examples of experience in creating such technical writing and flow chart designs. Upon confidence that bidder has experience, understanding and capability... tool/videos will be provided to finalize bids.
