I need a person to work on this project who has a PhD or at least MS level research experience in the field of Smart antennas designing, simulation implementation etc. with writing skills. If you have some publications related to Smart Antenna etc then send me link to it to increase your chances. ;) It is not a mere drafting work, it will need brain storming and research aspect as well some coding/ simulation as well. But the good thing is a some work is already done in the document (or thesis) the basic requirement is to increase its level to become accepted. And its length becomes around 150 pages. More details will be provided to successful bidder. Please do not be shy in showing your previous relevant experience.
