I've worked on projects for character design, cartoons, comics, and concept year. I believe I can give you the tattoo design you are looking for. I use software like Photoshop and Illustrator, so I can deliver the final produce as whatever format you would need. I would do a bunch of different sketches and you would pick which one you like the most before I go on to clean it up and add color, if you would like. I can do either color or black and white.
