Online Automation of repetitive business administration tasks.

I'm looking to have the following script/bot automation done for our small business's repetitive tasks; [login to view URL]: 1. Automate customer invoice creation and e-mailing via data generated from user input fields to create invoices using [login to view URL]'s API. 2. Using Google Sheets API, automate new QA Checklist attachment to each new order and email a copy of the google sheet checklist to the assigned builder, the builder's QA supervisor, our bookkeeper, and myself (biz owner). 3. Using Google Sheets API and invoice-scripts or bot, auto update build-schedule with info sourced from the order invoice. 4. Using [login to view URL] API, auto pay contractors when customer's initial deposit clears our bank account. 5. Using Facebook Messenger or Google Voice API, automate creation of group text conversations for new orders to include the customer, the assigned builder, and the builder's QA supervisor.
