3d Animation of database data

We need an application that runs on Windows, that can show some database information. Main goal is "presentation layer": It's not an interactive program, think of it as a Meteo forecast display with animations. There are 7 rows (in few pages that flip every x seconds) We need an amazing presentation graphic, the page flipping must be animated. In the bottom of the screen must be a scrolling banner, also in 3d shape, and eye catching. This program will be used to show customers our data and information, so it must be very attractive. PLEASE it's important for us to see your old projects, or demos to let us choose.
