I Have almost 14 years of experience in developing software applications for windows,Web and mobile platform. as you mentioned here the requirement of integrating payment gateway in windows application so i can ensure you will get secure and seamless application with easy to configurable. i'd developed 5 web apps and 2 client app where we had used different payment gateway integration using ATOM,BILLDESK and PayU. While developing payment gateway integration we also put all the validation, constraints and check such that transaction could be secure. We would require a web hosting from you there i would host a web page that would be used as wrapper for payment gateway API and it will also separate client application separate from payment gateway process so that in future we could switch from one gateway to another so there wouldn't be hardcore dependency between application logic and payment gateway interaction logic. Before starting application we would also like to know which database you prefer to be used for client application accordingly we would make data schema for capturing transaction in your data repository finally we would also provide a Report in which you can view date wise transaction done.
