Twilio Auto Dialer in Python

Hello, I need someone to build an auto dialer for me to work with Twilio. I have already written a script for it to make 1 phone call in python, however this is what I need it to do. 1. Upload a CSV file with a persons "name" "address" "property name" "property address" and then up to 10 phone numbers for that person. I will be uploading around 1000 rows like this. 2. It should highlight the row that it is currently calling 3. Options on there are to "start" where it will start dialing the numbers one at a time, when i hang up it dials the next one immedietely. I should be able to "stop" the auto dialer. 4. I should be able to add a "note" and color code each phone number to tell if it is a good number or not etc with "red" "yellow" "orange" "green" Thank you, please read the information and let me know how you will be able to do this.
