Customers contact individual mobile phones by voice calls and text messages Note: each mobile phone has individual phone numbers just like any personal mobile phones 2. These individual mobile phones diverting a. every unanswered voice calls after 5 seconds b. every voice calls if busy or can`t be reached c. all text messages - toward Call Centre Outbound Voice Calls and Text messages 3. Call Centre Agents reply to diverted voice calls and text messages 4. Every Text messages and Outbound Voice Calls must be through the contacted individual mobile phone numbers 5.
