Python script that creates chinapost epacket shipping label

We need a script that should help us to generate a China Post/China EMS shipping label, for epacket and first class post. It must generate official, acceptable bar code and tracking number that actually works. If any postal apis or accounts are needed, the sample must include all that in order to function, and document in heavy comments how to create such accounts, and pointers to the docs for all apis used. The label should be a raster/laser label (pdf or png) The script should allow me to set any US address as the destination address, and , if cn22 or similar, to add items to the cn22. May run under python 2.7.x or 3.3.x (must clearly say what it needs). Must clearly list all dependencies to run. Should take no more than 8 minutes to set up environment to run it.
