Fix a Buge in my Serial Port Communication Code

You DONT NEED to make a software, I already made a software using C#. I just have an annoying bug in my application. The application communicates via serial port and receives raw data from a board connected via USB. The received data then is displayed in my application (gauges), plotted in a graph and added to a datagrid. The problem is when the board sends the data fast, my application gets frozen because its handling to much information. I need you to fix my problem. I want to be able to receive data from the board and display all the data in the UI, Graph, and datagrid without getting my application frozen. Please see attachment for a preview of the code i'm using. You must work on my computer via Teamviewer because you need to use a physical hardware (my board), and I need to you debug it!
