We are looking an expert SOAP based XML API developer in IIS environment. -Apart from stub development, you will also develop for reading BE queues. The parent system emits business event as and when there is a record change in its DB, and IIS server runs a Windows service to collect them. You should also have WSS security knowledge with Oasis schemas. Note: We need only 1 webservice consumption and another to read the said BE queue
