Create CMUSphinx training script -- 2

need: I need a dev to create script the trains CMUSphinx on a lubuntu vm risk: I would create the script myself, but documentation out of date and documentation may be inaccurate. Also I am not very comfortable with linux. The dev will troubleshoot the documentation and ensure the script can train sphinx. why: I am creating a bot based on cmusphinx voice recognition. cmusphinx needs to be trained to improve recognition accuracy.
