Hello! It's a pleasure to meet you guys. I happened to have some time off from my regular, full-time position while waiting on a development team to iron out some issues with an API that I'm using on a project and stumbled across your post on Freelancer. It sounded interesting, and I was extremely bored, so I went ahead and completed a significant portion of the work (I didn't have any previous experience with JRecord and wanted to make sure that I could actually deliver on what was promised rather than committing to something without 100% certainty that I could fulfill the contractual obligations).
It's a little unorthodox (handing over a significant amount of code before bid acceptance), but I'd like to believe that there are still honest people left in the world and that you wouldn't simply "take the code and run", so to speak. If you choose to go with a lesser bid, then no hard feelings... again, I was kind of bored and it seemed like something interesting to work on in my downtime.
