wordpress design: The Happy Being

I need to get a great wordpress template designed for a new project I want to start. I'll be blogging about three different areas all from the one site, so I'd like people to enter the page and able to select one of the three different route depending on their interest e.g. like this site [login to view URL] or this site [login to view URL] From there I'd people to be able to access all my posts under those categories. I'm looking for the logo to be developed for "The Happy Being" - I'd like it to be elegant script with a fluid shape as a border in black and white. This logo is to be featured on each page of the site. The sub pages will be called "Eat Happy" "Think Happy" "Work Happy" and should follow the same design. I'll need to logo as a separate file to use of business cards/letter heads (there could be more future work for the selected Freelancer). I'll also need a page for "About". Ideally I'd like a branded template so I can send a weekly summary of "Happynings This Week" which would include stories from each of the three sections (not sure if this is possible?!) I'm looking for the design to be largely black and white, but I do like vintage typography and sketched style so [login to view URL] and [login to view URL] are good examples. Would like to work closely/iteratively with the selected Freelancer to ensure right outcome is achieved. As stated - more work likely to come your way after this piece!
