Unscripted (Reality) TV Applicant Recruiting on Social Media

I am an unscripted (reality) TV casting director and need help recruit applicants for a new TV series. I need someone to find prospective applicants by searching Instagram and Twitter for people who have posted content or used hashtags that relate to the subject matter of the show. This particular show is for a major cable TV channel in the US. We are unable to mention the actual network name during outreach but we can mention that it is similar to HGTV, the Paramount Network and TLC who have a number of unscripted (reality) TV shows that feature real people that want to makeover their space or showcase a hobby or exciting aspect of their lives. The producers of Wahlburgers, Hollywood Medium with Tyler Henry, and Pit Bulls and Parolees are seeing pairs of all kinds (friends, relatives, neighbors, colleagues, etc) who each want to create their own backyard bar and go head-to-head in a friendly game to see who has the ultimate backyard hangout. If you have a garage, a pool house, a shed or even an empty spot on your property, let us help you build the backyard bar of your dreams. If you live in the Greater Los Angeles area and think this sounds like fun, we want to hear from you! ----- There are a number of sites where we post casting opportunities for people to apply, but the primary way that we find prospective applicants is by finding people that meet the criteria on social media and encouraging them to apply. We usually reach out to these people individually through Direct Messages to establish a relationship with them and encourage them to apply to an online application form that will be reviewed by another member of my team. In this case, the criteria is: 1. Must live within 30 miles of Los Angeles (Zip Code 90001) or Nashville (Zip Code 37011) 2. Must own a home that has available space (a garage, a pool house, a shed or even an empty spot on a property) for a bar area to be built. 3. Must have another friend that is also considering or is willing to build a bar in their backyard. The two friends will compete with one another in front of a shared group of friends to find out which bar is the better bar. Because of that, the two friends must have mutual acquaintances. 4. Must have a personality that would make them “good for TV”. An example of this is someone who is outgoing, fun, expressive and has a good sense of humor I have attached more information on the assignment. Our casting company has multiple projects including several that are about to kick off. If this is a successful assignment, there is the potential to work with you on a more consistent basis (perhaps even full-time). Is this something that you are capable of doing?
