Will take care of end-to-end implementation starting with designing required different types of change request types based on existing change order forms in CA Service desk. With OOB Servicenow, you wil get change request types - Normal, Standard, Emergency with the OOB state model and workflows. If required, new change types can be introduced based on existing change order forms. I can able to complete your work in relatively short period and with good quality.
