Hello, when your 4/5 site is infected and hacked than there is a high probability all other domains will be infected as well if you don't take any urgent step. In many cases, I saw hackers keep the hidden backdoor different domains in the same server after a clean infection hacker coming back again and again. in this situation, you need a full server scan properly, need to sure 100% all website is clean, need to run vulnerability scan 2-time, before start infection cleaning and after cleaning website.
