Our client has been the victim of bad journalism and seeks to have news relative to his name deranked on common search engines (Google, Bing, Yahoo, etc..) Journalists from 2 major news outlets were dispatched to the court to cover a high profile trial. When they discovered that this trial was rescheduled, they trawled the courthouse for anything they could use to file an article. They walked in on the last moments of our clients trial. Armed with only a small part of the facts, the journalists had filed a story which was based on incorrect assumptions using the small amount of facts they were exposed to as the foundation. What was reported was bad journalism which prejudices our client. We have previously engaged another team to execute this mandate. Yet, after a month of promises we see no real progress.
