503029 Landing Page / Squeeze Page / Real Estate & Mortgage

This should be a real easy job for the right person! I need a landing page/squeeze page to generate new and existing homeowners that are interested in refinancing their existing home loan, and homeowners looking for financing on a new home purchase. I attached 4 samples as to what I am looking for or maybe you have some better ideas :). We are looking for quality and something that can catch the consumers eye. We are a marketing company and the first impression is everything! As far as the content on the page is concerned it should be pretty easy since it is not a large project. I want something that is SEO friendly and related to the topic home loan financing/refinancing etc. Also I would like you to add a live feed to the site that updates the current mortgage interest rates on a daily basis. Here are the 3 Loan programs that you would included: 30 year fixed/15 year fixed/5 year ARM all that data can be extracted from www.bankrate.com. Also I would like an rss feed or something similar regarding recent news/changes in real estate financing [login to view URL] addition I would like a mortgage amortization calculator that is very user friendly and includes the following categories: Loan Amount, Interest Rate, Term....then compute/calculate payment button and an output field for the results (payment). If there is a way to capture that data or transition it into a contact form where they enter there name/phone number etc that would be great. I will continue building websites here in the near future and I want the best of the best designer. I'll be looking at about 7-10 landing pages & complete websites over the next 45-60 days plus additional SEO work as well.
