22339 Google AdWords Manual

I need someone to write me a 20-75+ page manual on Google AdWords, PPC tips and techniques (how to develop a successful campaign). This manual should provide the novice AdWords advertiser with all of the important details he or she would need to know in order to open up and maintain their own AdWords campaign(s). It must be accurate and upto date. Covering all aspects of the process including any "secret strategies" you may have. Of course I will need confirmation that this is your own original work and I will also require full copyright and distribution rights with no reference to you. I would like it done in PDF with diagrams and graphics where appropriate. I will need to be able to edit the PDF file at my will, so it must be passed to me fully open.
